Use it or lose it

Use what you have. If you do not use what you have, it will be taken away and given to those who will use it. It is better to take the chance of squandering what you have rather than not using it at all, at least you have a chance to bear fruit and be praised by the Master. Even if you thought you have something, if you do not use it then it is as useless as not having it. Take a risk and use what you have or you will definitely lose it.
